Our record-breaking development, St James Park in Hawthorn is now 100% sold out – an outstanding result that demonstrates the current strength of the downsizer market despite the current climate. We worked alongside Marshall White Projects to bring this development to market in mid 2019, and the swift uptake, particularly of the larger product, was immediately evident.

The 19 parkfront residences that comprise the project are nestled along the prestigious Yarra Street in Hawthorn. The three and four bedroom homes are luxuriously appointed, with architecture by CHT Architects and interiors by Sora. Bensons also collaborated with John Patrick Landscaping to bring a sense of greenery from St James Park, which sits directly opposite the residences, into the home.

Construction is due for completion in early 2020 and we look forward to working with Marcus Group to bring the project to life.
