Management

Through its wholly owned subsidiary Bensons Funds Management Pty Ltd, Bensons Property Group is the holder of Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) Number 306326 which is issued by Australia’s corporate, markets and financial services regulator the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). This licence, which is issued only to organisations that meet ASIC’s stringent regulatory requirements, allows Bensons Funds Management to raise and manage investment funds.

Bensons Funds Management was established to give external investors the opportunity to benefit from the extensive property development and investment expertise of Bensons Property Group.

Bensons Funds Management has comprehensive skills and experience in many aspects of real estate, including due diligence, investment, management, finance and development. The success of our business is enhanced by our carefully nurtured external relationships, our store of knowledge, our execution of clearly defined strategies and our delivery of value to investors.

Bensons Funds Management continues to establish a range of unlisted property investment and development funds for wholesale investors.

In the past decade, Bensons Funds Management has successfully established and managed a range of investment and development funds for wholesale investors, including complying funds for the purposes of the Australian Significant Investment Visa (SIV) program.

Bensons is focused on the delivery of a considerable project development pipeline, estimated to have a completion value of about $1 billion that will contribute strongly to Bensons’ financial results over the next three to five years.
